The File Package and Deployment Manager is a tool for deploying multiple
files into a compressed ZIP File with the option to encrypt the packaged
files using AES 256 Advanced Encryption.

The File Package and Deployment Manager features a File Explorer
so files can be browsed and selected from the Computer to include
in the File Package.
File
Package Properties
Detailed information about the File Package can
be edited by opening the File Package Properties.

The
Package Location, Encryption and Compression options can be edited
here. Click OK to update the File Package.
File Properties
The File Properties include the File Name, Extension,
Type, Size, Location and Dates.

The File Encrypted option will encrypt
the File Item in the package if the Encrypted option is also Enabled
on the File Package. Click OK
to save the File Properties.
By using AES 256 the
Advanced Encryption Standard information, data and files can be stored
and transmitted across the Internet / Cloud in the most secure way
possible.
File
Package Items
The File Package contains a collection of Files
Items. The File Item is a full Path and File Name to the location
of the File along with the File Type as Auto, Text or Binary.
The order
the File Items are packaged can by adjusted by using the up and down
arrows.
Encryption Passwords
Encryption passwords are used
to create strong encryption keys for the AES 256 Advanced Encryption
Standard. Passwords are recommended at least 16 characters long with
a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation.
It is important
that you keep a copy of your encryption passwords in a secure location.
Strong passwords must be used to ensure strong encryption keys are
generated. Passwords are recommended at least 16 characters long with
a mixture of upper and lower case letters, numbers and punctuation.
Recommended to keep passwords stored in the Password Management Tool.
The Advanced Encryption Standard
(AES) 256 is a symmetrical encryption algorithm that uses a 256-bit
encryption key.
It is accepted by the U.S. and Canadian governments as the most secure
way to store sensitive Data.
